Camera Test FAQ

1. Why can't I access the camera?

Browsers require explicit user authorization to access the camera. Make sure to click "Allow" when the browser permission request appears. If you previously denied access, click the lock icon on the left side of the address bar to reset permissions. We recommend using modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

2. What should I do if the camera shows a black screen?

A black screen may be caused by the camera being occupied by other applications, driver issues, or hardware failure. First, close other applications that might be using the camera (such as QQ, WeChat, DingTalk, etc.), then refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, check if the camera driver in Device Manager is working properly.

3. Camera image is blurry or has noise?

Image quality issues may be related to lighting conditions, camera lens cleanliness, or hardware performance. We recommend testing under sufficient lighting, cleaning the camera lens, and checking if the camera driver is up to date. Some older cameras may produce noise in low-light environments.

4. How to test multiple cameras?

If your computer has multiple cameras connected (such as built-in camera and external USB camera), all available devices will be displayed in the device list. Click on different devices to switch test targets. We recommend testing each camera's functionality individually.

5. What to do about camera delay or stuttering?

Delay or stuttering may be caused by insufficient system performance, USB interface issues, or network problems. We recommend closing other programs that consume system resources, using USB 3.0 interface for external cameras, and ensuring stable network connection.

6. How to save test results?

You can use the "Take Snapshot" function to save camera images, or directly take screenshots to save test results. If you find camera issues, we recommend recording specific failure symptoms and technical parameters for technical support contact.
